NYY have a number dedicated Youth Workers within the wider team. We run Young Youth Leader training for voluntary groups across North Yorkshire and are often involved in county wide initiatives. For example we planned and delivered a weekend of outdoor activity, teambuilding sessions and focus group work to develop processes for the distribution of Youth Opportunity Funds. We also host panel and training for Young Decision Makers at the Lodge.
