Responsibilities: My job is to look after our team of Youth & Community Development Workers. They support our direct delivery youth clubs and voluntary run clubs in communities across the whole of North Yorkshire. I am an LGBTQ+ Champion for NYY and I sit on the North Yorkshire Positive Communities Steering Group.
Favourite part of your job: I love all of it but KIT (Keeping in Touch) meetings are the best. It’s dedicated one-to-one time spent with each Youth & Community Development Worker, making sure they are ok, getting the best out of their work and looking after their wellbeing 😊
Hobbies/Interest: I like wild swimming, yoga, walking and meditating. I also love cooking and eating vegan food! I am a crafter and lover of all things recycled!
